Kimberly M. Brancato, Associate
Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Kimberly was a member of our firm as a Law Clerk. As such, she has over a year of experience working with our clients and cases. Kimberly has gained diverse experience through other opportunities including a judicial externship at the Circuit Cook of Cook County and working as a Title Curative Specialist at a real estate law firm.

Kimberly attended DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and competed on a national level. While in law school, Kimberly was also the Senior Fellow of the International Human Rights Law Institute. Through this experience, Kimberly conducted research at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland as well as collaborated with local non-profit organizations in Lima, Peru. She then oversaw the drafting and submission of a report to the Convention of the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) Committee based on her research. Kimberly earned a Certificate in International and Comparative Law, in addition to her JD.
Kimberly is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and American Society of International Law.
